Medication Access

Insurance and Financial Help

  • We will work with your insurance to see what’s covered.
  • We explain your costs (like copays and deductibles).
  • If your insurance changes, we help update your information.
  • If we are not in your insurance network, we tell you what you’ll pay at our pharmacy and at other pharmacies.
  • We help you and your doctor with paperwork if your insurance needs more information.

Prescription Services

  • We fill new prescriptions and help you get refills.
  • We can transfer your prescription if needed.
  • We tell you the price and when your medicine will arrive.
  • We contact you to set up refills and check if anything has changed.
  • We ship your medicine as soon as possible – usually the next day.

What to Do in an Emergency

  • If you have a medical emergency, call 911 right away.
  • If you have to leave home because of a disaster, take at least one week’s worth of medicine with you.
  • Call us to let us know where you are.
  • If a storm or disaster might delay your medicine, we will:
    • Call you to see if you need more medicine
    • Ship it early if needed
    • Help you find your medicine at a local pharmacy
