Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get home delivery?

Ask your doctor to send your prescription to Cone Health Community Pharmacy at Wesley Long. Call (833) 715-5677 to give us your address and payment info. Your medicine will arrive in 2 business days.

Can I get over-the-counter or controlled medicines delivered?

Yes. For over-the-counter medicine, you need a prescription. For controlled medicine, an adult must sign for it.

What is adherence packaging?

We can sort your medicine by date and time for free. This is great if you take many medicines. “As needed” medicines are packed separately.

What insurance do you take?

We take most major plans, including TriCare. We offer low prices on many generic medicines and help you save on copays. If you don’t have insurance, you may get free or discounted medicine.

How do I get a refill?

Most prescriptions are ready in 15 minutes or less. Use MyChart to ask for refills, choose a pick-up time, and set reminders.

How do I transfer my prescriptions?

Call us and we’ll do the rest. You can also contact us through MyChart.

We offer flu, COVID-19, RSV, Hep A & B, shingles, Tdap, pneumonia, HPV, and more. No appointment needed—walk in Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
