Biography
Madison Fountain, DNP, AGNP-C, is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with a doctor of nursing practice degree.
Using a holistic and patient-centered approach to care, he strives to effectively communicate and be empathetic, especially in cardiology where conditions are chronic and require long-term management. He believes his relationships with patients are of the utmost importance; he understands patients want a provider who truly cares and listens.
His hobbies include golfing, playing basketball and remodeling homes.
