Mobile Cancer Screening Services
The Cone Health Cancer Center Mobile Screening Unit provides cancer screenings to men and women within Guilford, Rockingham, Randolph, and Alamance Counties.
Our goal is to provide men and women with limited access to healthcare in our communities the opportunity to be screened for a variety of cancer types.
Thanks to the generosity of many in our area, we can offer the Cone Health Mobile Screening Scholarship to the communities we serve.
Services Provided
- Breast and Cervical Control Program (BCCCP)
- Breast cancer screenings that include clinical breast exams and mammograms
- Cervical cancer screenings (pap smears)
- Prostate cancer screenings (PSA blood tests)
- Colorectal Screenings (distribution of FIT Tests)
- Lung Cancer Screenings (shared decision-making visit to determine eligibility for low dose CT)
- Oral cancer screenings
- Wisewoman Program (Diabetes and Heart Prevention Program).
