Preparing for Total Hip and Knee Replacement at Alamance Regional

This program is for patients and caregivers preparing for knee or hip replacement surgery at Alamance Regional Medical Center.

The program is designed to help patients make a smooth transition from hospital to home by explaining how to prepare for surgery, expectations for physical activity after surgery, types of equipment that may be needed, pain management and talking points for insurance.
