The goal of physical therapy is to improve your quality of life by keeping you moving and minimizing or eliminating your pain. Our movement disorder physical therapists will work with you to address things like balance problems, lack of coordination, an impaired gait, and overall weakness.
Problems with speaking and swallowing are common symptoms of Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, and so having a team of speech therapists to address these issues is critical.
