Sagewell Health & Fitness: Parkinson's PWR!

Cone Health Sagewell Health & Fitness offers a dedicated Parkinson's exercise class that teaches participants how to stretch and move their bodies to maintain mobility. The class focuses on exercising to improve strength, flexibility and coordination.

Parkinson's PWR! meets Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1 p.m. View the current Sagewell group class schedule.

Parkinson’s Cycle Class at Ragsdale Family YMCA

Ongoing Class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m. A healthcare provider referral is required to enroll. This class is FREE to participants, and you do not have to be a member of the YMCA to enroll. Contact Marlee at 336-882-7935 or marlee.rindal@ymcagreensboro.org.

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing enables people with Parkinson’s disease to fight their disease by providing non-contact, boxing-style fitness programs that improve their quality of life and sense of efficacy and self-worth. 

Greensboro
