Birth Certificate Registration
Reduce the amount of paperwork you need to complete at the hospital by filling out an online birth certificate registration form at home before your visit. You can complete this form before you’ve finalized the baby’s name.

How Do I Get My Baby’s Birth Certificate?
The Women's & Children's Center at Alamance Regional will file an application for your baby’s birth certificate with North Carolina Vital Records. You’ll receive a copy of the information you provide to us. Approximately 10 days after your baby is born, you can get a certified copy of the birth certificate from the Alamance County Register of Deeds.
