You’ll work one-on-one with a physical therapist trained in the Meeks Method, a 12-step program shown to effectively prevent, manage or improve symptoms of osteopenia, osteoporosis and postural problems.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Begin with a comprehensive assessment. Your therapist will assess your posture, height, range of motion, strength, balance and more. If you’ve had a bone density test, such as a DEXA scan, bring your test results.

Your therapist will ask about your goals, and then you’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. You can expect to see your physical therapist for 45-minute sessions once or twice a week for four to six weeks.
You’ll learn about your condition, body mechanics and safe movement. You’ll also get a personalized home exercise program.
