Hospital & Lab Locations

The hospital laboratories offer blood sample collection by appointment. You will receive a message in your MyChart account within 24 hours of signing the consent form to schedule an appointment. You can manage your appointment in MyChart. 

Note: Be sure to check in at hospital admitting upon arrival. You will be registered and provided guidance to the lab department.

Cone Health Wesley Long Hospital
