What should I expect when I go to a Virtual appointment at Hampton Homes medical practice?
A member of our clinical team will greet you in the clinic, begin your visit, collecting medical information needed for the visit then assist you in connecting with the Provider through our innovative tools.
Can I make Hampton Homes Virtual Primary Care, my new provider?
If you're considering making this practice your new primary care provider, schedule an appointment with the Hampton Homes office. Our providers will evaluate if this is the best fit for your care. If it is, we’ll inform your current provider of your decision to switch.
Will my virtual visit be covered by insurance?
If you have insurance, your virtual visit will be covered in the same way an in-office visit would be covered. If you do not have insurance, our team can connect you with a Medicaid specialist to apply for Medicaid and/or a financial counselor to explore financial assistance options.
