Visit Your Way

Cone Health Connected Care is one way we’re helping patients get the right care, at the right place, at the right time. Our video, phone, and e-Visits help you access quality care from anywhere you have a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Not only can you bypass the hassle of a waiting room, online visits are less expensive than urgent care or emergency rooms.

You can connect to video and telephone visits 24/7, 365 days a year via the web or by downloading the Cone Health Virtual Visit app from the App store or Google Play store.

Access e-Visits, which are offered from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week, through MyChart. If you don’t already have a MyChart account, you can request one through this secure online form.

If you prefer a face-to-face, same-day visit for non-emergency health issues, you can reserve a spot online to be seen at InstaCare, Cone Health’s unique fast access care option. InstaCare is open on weekends and holidays and treats patients of all ages. Reserving a visit online lets you avoid long wait times. Walk-in patients are also welcome.

We want to offer you the best care while saving you time and money. Whether your visit is online from your home or office, during the night, or on the weekend, you can be confident in care that is backed by the Cone Health network and highly trained board-certified providers.

It’s your health, and now you can access care when you need it, wherever you are.
