If you’re ready to quit TODAY, our virtual care team is available to start your journey to a tobacco free life. Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday. Most health insurance plans will cover some level of tobacco cessation visits and medications.

Youth Resources
- Concerned about a teen who vapes? Live Vape Free- A quit vaping program for NC teens aged 13-17. To get started, text VAPEFREENC to 873373 or visit the website. Free website for resources and education to support young people
- The Ex-Program from the TRUTH Initiative – text “VAPEFREENC” to 88709. Visit their website – quit support for ages 13 and up.
