Log in
Log into MyChart and request an e-Visit by clicking the icon.
Step 2
Select your condition
Review the conditions we treat and select the condition that best describes your symptoms.
Step 3
Complete the questionnaire
Complete the questionnaire, attach any photos, and choose a pharmacy that is open now. Then hit “send”
Step 4
Resolve the issue
The provider will recommend the best treatment for your medical issue in a written care plan. If a prescription is necessary, it is electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice.
Step 5
Continuity of care
You will receive a message in the inbox of your MyChart account detailing treatment.
Step 6
Follow up
We will send you a follow up email to ensure that you received the care you needed and to see if you have any feedback on your experience.
